About the position

The Technical Product Manager role is focused on overseeing and managing data-related projects, including Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies. The role is hybrid, requiring four days onsite and one day remote, and is designed for a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal oversight while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting projects.
• Run Scrum and manage project execution and planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Own specific programs and engagements, ensuring accountability for delivery.
• Evaluate team members' technical skills and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Understand costing attributes to optimize team efficiency and size.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within client engagements.
• Handle contracts and financial aspects of projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the data space.
• Technical background with experience in data-related projects.
• Solid experience in managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence Reporting projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation.

Benefits

• Salary range of $90k-$100k with 30% incentives/bonus.
