The Technical Product Manager at HireRight plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position is responsible for writing comprehensive business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications that guide the technology teams in developing and testing new features for HireRight applications. The Technical Product Manager will engage with business end users to thoroughly understand, analyze, and document existing business processes and application functionalities, as well as identify new requirements that align with the company's strategic goals. In this role, the Technical Product Manager will lead the requirements analysis and verification process to ensure that all requirements are complete, consistent, and clear, effectively meeting the business needs. The position involves developing and maintaining documentation that translates business inputs into visual models, including business domain models, process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data models, and wireframes. Collaboration is key, as the Technical Product Manager will work closely with consultants, developers, and other service delivery team members to ensure seamless integration of new features. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will coordinate with the development and support teams to analyze and resolve root cause issues as they arise. This includes performing end-to-end system testing to validate that the system meets the required specifications. The role also encompasses conducting end-user training for system implementations or enhancements, ensuring that users are well-equipped to utilize the new features effectively. The Technical Product Manager will prioritize application requirements into a platform backlog, assisting in the creation of work breakdown deliverables. Facilitating process workshops and documenting the information gathered through process maps and business requirements documents are also essential tasks. The position may require applying project management skills to develop work plans and manage resources, timelines, and issues to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of small development tasks.
