The Technical Product Manager III is a pivotal role responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy for a platform, ensuring that it aligns with both business objectives and customer needs. This position requires a deep understanding of technical feasibility, business impact, and user feedback to prioritize tasks and features effectively. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. This includes managing the product roadmap and ensuring the technical integrity and quality of the platform. The role serves as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, necessitating the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. In this role, the Technical Product Manager III will partner with key stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to design and build technical platforms that facilitate the development and integration of various applications, products, or services. The successful candidate will take ownership of the platform vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals. They must be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, product management, technical architects, engineers, and design/UX teams. The Technical Product Manager will handle multiple projects simultaneously, evaluating priorities and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery. They will develop a comprehensive capabilities strategy with a focus on revenue growth and the evolution of the technical platform. This includes leading the improvement of user experience through innovative solutions and product capabilities, as well as providing regular communication of priorities, progress, and impact to stakeholders. The role also involves defining and evangelizing platform visions, translating these visions into actionable roadmaps and detailed execution plans, and maintaining roadmaps that include iterations and user stories. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will document user requirements, manage schedules and tasks related to product development, and lead the adoption of agile practices based on SAFe best practices.
