About the position

As a Technical Product Manager for Fastlane at PayPal, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of merchants on partner platforms. This role involves conceptualizing, innovating, executing, and delivering exceptional experiences to Fastlane merchants globally, focusing on merchant adoption and reducing activation friction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partner platforms to discover, define, and design the Fastlane experience on the platform
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs on partner ecommerce platforms
• Design and execute user research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
• Discover and define features for baselining and tracking activation and usage metrics across partner platforms
• Collaborate with design to develop experience figmas for all partner platforms

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of product management experience preferably focused on merchant experience
• Experience with analytics and instrumentation
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for cross organizational and external collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
