About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Keystone is a pivotal role focused on leading the development and deployment of AI and machine learning products. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and technical teams to address complex challenges in scientific acceleration and applied research. The role emphasizes product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied research scoping and product definition.
• Work backwards from customer problems to own and drive the customer strategy and long-term goals.
• Write documents including business strategy, FAQs, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform direction.
• Define product vision including all aspects of product and feature roadmaps, key investment areas, innovation, and experimentation.
• Execute product planning and development including customer goals and business requirements for product release.
• Lead technology transition to Keystone's clients ensuring customer and business goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a highly related technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products.
• Experience in AI/ML platform product management with a focus on scaling.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Technology or a related technical field.
• An understanding of cloud services: compute, storage, accelerated computing.
• Experience with AI platforms, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Cloud AI.
