About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Keystone will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of AI and machine learning products. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and technical teams to define product vision, execute product planning, and ensure alignment with customer and business goals. The role is based in Bellevue, WA, and involves a hybrid work model with a strong emphasis on onsite collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied research scoping and product definition.
• Work backwards from customer problems to own and drive the customer strategy and long-term goals.
• Write documents including business strategy, FAQs, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform direction.
• Define product vision including all aspects of product and feature roadmaps, key investment areas, innovation, and experimentation.
• Execute product planning and development including customer goals and business requirements for product release.
• Lead technology transition to Keystone's clients ensuring customer and business goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a highly related technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products.
• Experience in AI/ML platform product management with a focus on scaling.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Technology or a related technical field.
• An understanding of cloud services: compute, storage, accelerated computing.
• Experience with AI platforms, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Cloud AI.
