As a Technical Product Manager at Source, you will be at the forefront of developing and refining our software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to deliver products that meet the needs of our users and drive the growth of our business. The position is a full-time, remote salary position, allowing candidates to be based anywhere in the US. The salary range for this role is $125K-$140K. In this position, you will define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with the overall business goals and market trends in the FF&E hospitality sector. This role will involve a high level of coordination with the CEO on product strategy, with a focus of 30% on strategy and 70% on execution. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives. You will also provide technical leadership by working closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features, offering technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the product vision. Collaborating with the design team, you will create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience for interior designers and hotel owners using our platform. As the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies will be crucial for identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring products meet quality standards and deliver value to our users. Utilizing data analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and drive continuous improvement will also be a key aspect of your role.
