The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge and extensive experience in collaborating with a diverse team, which includes product managers, software developers, and quality engineers. By partnering with both business and technology stakeholders, the Technical Product Manager will manage metric-based development backlogs, direct teams, and define deliverables, ensuring that the product maximizes value for customers by addressing both technical and non-technical aspects. In this role, the Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to detail use cases and workflows. This collaboration is essential to communicate the scope of development with various partners, ensuring that the emerging platform meets customer needs throughout all stages, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release. The Technical Product Manager will also work alongside Product Managers to understand and support the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. They will be responsible for translating product requirements into detailed engineering requirements for both prototype construction and final product development, while also managing and curating the backlog to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met. As the Voice of the Customer, the Technical Product Manager will represent customer needs and product requirements to the engineering teams. They will be an integral member of the Perception and Planning & Execution development teams, driving product development and implementation using Agile methodologies to define acceptance criteria. This role empowers the Technical Product Manager to help drive and implement strategic architecture solutions that align with the overall product vision and technical roadmaps.
