As a Technical Product Manager at GXO Logistics, you will be immersed in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment that is driven by achievement and a strong team spirit. Your role will involve leading strategic discussions with business partners to gather functional requirements and translating these into a coherent product strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to cultivate product positioning and create collateral that generates excitement and facilitates user adoption. In addition to product strategy, you will provide production-level support for Operations and Technology partners during operational go-lives and ongoing deployment validation of new functionalities. Clear communication will be key, as you will direct project team members on prioritizing functional requirement delivery timelines based on business partner expectations. You will facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, developing key stakeholder relationships across various locations to ensure that product directions align with user needs and business goals, such as driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will include participating in and leading standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives, all aimed at fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
