About the position

As a Technical Product Manager at Marathon Health, you will oversee the technical aspects of the company's platform infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and optimization to deliver high-quality services. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements, resolve technical issues, and implement best practices, requiring a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical aspects of the company's clinical and business applications, including system availability, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute a technical strategy for the clinical and business applications, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with appropriate teams to resolve them promptly and implement preventive measures.
  • Continuously monitor applications performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and manage technical solutions that align with the company's platform requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the platform infrastructure, technical processes, and procedures, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with proven experience in a technical role such as software engineering, infrastructure management, platform operations, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes).
