About the position

As a Technical Product Manager for PayPal Braintree Revenue Optimization, you will be responsible for developing solutions that help merchants optimize their payment processes. This role focuses on enhancing authorization rates, reducing costs, improving security, and ultimately driving revenue growth for merchants. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for revenue optimization products.
• Define detailed product requirements and user stories for stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog based on business priorities and merchant feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to build and deliver product enhancements.
• Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and inform future decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams.
• Lead product launch efforts and ensure successful adoption by merchants.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and product opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain support for product initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments.
• Extensive partner management and merchant-facing experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
