In this role, you will lead strategic discussions with business partners to gather functional requirements and translate them into product strategy. You will cultivate product positioning and benefit statements, partnering with the marketing team to create collateral that generates excitement and makes it easy for users to adopt and understand the benefits. Additionally, you will define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, and products. Providing production-level support for Operations and Technology partners for operational go-live and ongoing deployment validation of new functionality will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide clear direction to project team members on prioritization of functional requirement delivery timelines, per the expectation of business partners, and facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making while developing key stakeholder relationships in various locations. Ensuring that product directions balance both user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction will be crucial. You will participate in and lead standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Technical Product and Project Management
  • Technical knowledge of and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP Systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other Supply Chain Software
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years technology Product Management experience
  • 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing operations
  • Proven experience in leading innovation, influencing stakeholders and driving a product roadmap
  • Mid to senior level Technical Product experience, including leading meetings and presenting to business stakeholders while being their main resource for all things related to technology innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful or ambiguous conditions by adapting work style, approach and procedures
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment; consult with team members and management as needed
