The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving all technical activities related to their assigned security product within the portfolio, acting as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the product. This role encompasses accountability for completing new technical features on time and within budget, coordinating with business peers, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication with development resources. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for understanding and providing direction for the resolution of defects and production issues, as well as managing the product roadmap to drive technical requirements and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product features. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for technology, infrastructure, scalability, and simplicity. They will be adept at building new and leveraging existing relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the product while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include delivering new products and features on time and within budget, identifying options and providing recommendations to resolve production issues, and implementing embedded security within network strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Development, GNT, Regulatory, Legal, IT, and Operations, to execute multi-channel strategies and prepare executive communications for both business and technical leadership. The Technical Product Manager will also benchmark competition, evaluate new industry trends, and shape future digital strategies that will drive growth.
