About the position

The Technical Product Manager at Ma Labs is responsible for collaborating with manufacturers and clients to provide tailored server hardware solutions. This role involves managing the supply chain, analyzing technical data, and formulating procurement strategies to meet client needs. The position requires a strong understanding of server products and system integration, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills to ensure effective client and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with manufacturers and clients to provide suitable server hardware solutions.
  • Configure server components build-of-material (BOM) to fulfill client requirements and ensure server compatibility and stability.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient supply chain management through the selection and management of suppliers related to Ma Labs' Server Solution service.
  • Study and analyze technical data and product specifications to forecast needs and formulate procurement strategies.
  • Analyze costs, conduct research, and forecast for the procurement of servers.
  • Negotiate pricing and ascertain availability with vendors, customers, and management.
  • Maintain procurement database using internal ERP system to monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality, and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in the PC industry.
  • Expert knowledge in server products and system integration.
  • Previous purchasing or sales experience in the PC industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
