About the position

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager for an opportunity in Redmond, WA. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about product management and have a strong technical background. The Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in representing business requirements and priorities in the development of products. This includes maintaining the current status of customer requirements for existing and future products, proactively seeking user feedback to improve application design and deployment, and incorporating business direction and strategy into the product planning process. The Technical Product Manager will develop relationships with Program Managers to facilitate product development, identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives, and demonstrate and position products to both internal and external audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis and structure, as well as technical SEO solutions, particularly in large-scale content migrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining technical standards that adhere to privacy and security best practices. In addition to technical expertise, the position demands strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating both independent and collaborative work capabilities. Knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies is preferred, along with marketing experience in high-tech products. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with expertise in data analysis and structure, including refining key performance indicators.
• Minimum 3 years experience with implementing technical SEO solutions in large scale content migrations.
• Minimum 3 years experience with defining technical standards that adhere to privacy and security best practices.
• 3-5 years of work related experience in product management, including developing functional specifications and data analysis required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external customers required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects required.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of MS products and strategies preferred.
