The Developer Experience Unit in the Operations & Infrastructure group at VISA is on a mission to provide an easy, intuitive, and reliable experience for VISA developers to consume O&I products and services. As a Technical Product Manager, you will build and execute on Product Strategy for O&I's Technical products. You will work closely with Engineering and Operations teams on the delivery of these internal products. You will establish a customer-centric approach to developing highly reliable, scalable, usable, and secure products. In this role, you will define and execute on the technical product strategy and develop multi-year roadmaps for O&I's offerings, setting key performance metrics and ensuring they are met. You will ideate, create Product Development Requirements, manage technical development, and launch innovative products. Utilizing anticipatory design principles, you will prioritize features and non-functional requirements while integrating usability studies, research, market analysis, and internal consumer feedback into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. You will also use a Product balanced scorecard to analyze metrics that inform the success of technical products, understand the technology stack, and the impact of the platform on customer experience. Working closely with engineering and development teams, you will ensure product quality and timely delivery.
