About the position

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of complex technical products, ensuring their functionality, performance, and stability through comprehensive testing and validation processes. This role involves training users on new features, providing ongoing support, and optimizing system performance based on user feedback and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure functionality, performance, and stability of ecosystems and applications before deployment.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, gather feedback, and implement necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new features and functionalities of ecosystems and applications.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing any issues or concerns related to ecosystems and applications systems.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices for ecosystems and applications.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development, testing methodologies, and system performance optimization.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
