The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and execution for our client, focusing on the introduction of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, showcasing a clear trajectory of increasing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and have a proven track record in managing complex product initiatives across various domains. In this role, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique culture and processes, ensuring effective communication across different levels of the organization. The candidate will gather and clarify requirements, articulate the product's vision, and work alongside internal teams to problem-solve and negotiate solutions that align with organizational goals. The Technical Product Manager will also prioritize and define epics and user stories in Jira, manage the product backlog, and support the scrum team throughout the agile development process. This includes defining acceptance criteria, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and coordinating with other product owners across different time zones to ensure alignment on shared workstreams. The ability to distill complex problem statements and user needs into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap is essential. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the development team to create concepts, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototypes that meet client expectations. Previous experience in investor relations and proxy voting will be considered a valuable asset for this position.
