About the position

The Technical Product Marketing Manager at Kandji will lead go-to-market initiatives for the company's endpoint management solutions, positioning them as the industry standard for fast-growing businesses. This role involves owning the product marketing strategy, creating compelling content, and collaborating with various teams to drive product launches and key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure buyers have what they need to educate themselves on Kandji at every step in their journey.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts to bring new products to market, including planning, crafting positioning and messaging, executing launches, creating deliverables, and reporting on results.
  • Build assets for demand generation campaigns, sales enablement, product experiences, and more.
  • Identify opportunities to produce breakthrough campaigns and demand-generating moments.
  • Synthesize insights from customer calls, competitive data, and product interactions.
  • Be the voice of the customer for the marketing, revenue, and product teams.
  • Improve the internal/external awareness of existing and new product differentiators.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and annual forecasts.
  • Help grow the product marketing function and establish best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong writing skills, comfortable crafting product descriptions, website copy, and sales collateral.
  • Experience ideating and creating multimedia content for websites, email, advertising, social media, and more.
  • Big-picture thinker combined with hands-on executer.
  • Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives.
  • Desire and ability to gain in-depth knowledge of customer jobs to be done, the Kandji product, competitors, and the broader ecosystem.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience in IT, information security, engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Current experience as a technical product marketing manager or solutions marketing manager.
  • Experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products in cybersecurity, IT, device management, or tools with technical buyers.
