About the position

Kandji is seeking a passionate Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives for their endpoint security solutions. This role involves owning the product marketing strategy, creating compelling content, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in cybersecurity, and will be responsible for synthesizing customer insights and competitive data to enhance product positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for new product launches, including planning, crafting positioning and messaging, and executing launches.
  • Create assets for demand generation campaigns, sales enablement, and product experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for breakthrough campaigns and demand-generating moments.
  • Synthesize insights from customer interactions and competitive data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for marketing, revenue, and product teams.
  • Improve awareness of product differentiators internally and externally.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and annual forecasts for product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting product descriptions, website copy, and sales collateral.
  • Experience in creating multimedia content for various platforms including websites and social media.
  • Ability to think big-picture while also executing hands-on tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage resources, timelines, and people effectively.
  • Desire to gain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, the Kandji product, and the competitive landscape.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience in IT, information security, or engineering roles.
  • Current experience as a technical product marketing manager or solutions marketing manager.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for cybersecurity or IT products.
