About the position

Agora is seeking a passionate Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives and position our real-time communication and AI solutions. This role is responsible for owning the product marketing strategy and initiatives for our AI and real-time communications products, focusing on understanding customer needs, creating impactful messaging, and driving customer engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and analyze competitors' offerings.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences.
• Create high-quality technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
• Drive alignment between sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams for unified go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define the vision and strategy for AI-powered products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing or a similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and real-time communication technologies.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Familiarity with developer engagement strategies such as tutorials and hackathons.
