About the position

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Stytch, you will play a crucial role in positioning the company's developer infrastructure as a leader in application infrastructure. This strategic position involves organizing company efforts around product launches, content creation, and go-to-market strategies, while deeply understanding customer needs and crafting compelling product messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Launch products and features to market, managing the entire effort from strategy development to execution.
  • Work with sales managers to develop and execute an enablement plan, creating necessary training and customer-facing content.
  • Conduct customer research and develop buyer personas to inform executives and product partners.
  • Perform competitive and market analysis to create competitive battlecards based on win/loss rates and customer interviews.
  • Synthesize market, customer success, and sales needs to inform the product roadmap for marketing campaigns.
  • Identify content needs based on customer adoption of the platform and produce relevant content for distribution.
  • Engage with and lead the developer community, representing the brand and gathering insights through community events and discussions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical Product Marketing role or equivalent.
  • Experience in software development, whether through formal education or self-taught methods.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of strategizing and executing feature launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Python or other programming languages.
  • Background in public speaking and content creation.
