The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in delivering digital healthcare solutions, ensuring quality products and operational workflows that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Management, Scrum Lead, and developers to produce digital solutions.
• Perform cost, benefit, and risk analysis for proposed products/services.
• Synthesize, articulate, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and monitor work scope estimates and schedules for product development.
• Conduct root cause analysis to define and solve problems.
• Assist in coordinating deployment of deliverables as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant technical experience, or HS diploma/GED and 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in delivering digital healthcare solutions.
• Technical expertise in healthcare and EPIC API is highly preferred.
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year.
