About the position

The Technical Product Owner/Manager at Concentrix is a senior role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of T-Mobile's Supply Chain products, particularly focusing on SAP and Oracle ERP systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills to manage product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the product strategy for SAP operational and technical solutions.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for the development and enhancement of SAP products.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and SAP consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to design SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to implement or upgrade SAP solutions.
• Manage relationships with SAP and third-party vendors, including contract negotiations.
• Facilitate change management activities for smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Supervise the performance of SAP solutions and implement optimization measures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP solutions.
• Document product specifications, requirements, and design decisions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate SAP products and processes for innovation and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior ERP Architect or similar role.
• Expertise in the Oracle ERP suite, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Good-to-have experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product management and business communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP modules such as ECC, CRM, PI, OER, BW.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
