About the position

The Technical Product Owner at Lexmark's Optra Solutions team is responsible for managing and communicating a clear product technology roadmap based on the product strategy. This role involves collaborating with technology teams to develop actionable features and requirements, ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native solutions that leverage a Lakehouse-based data foundation for analytics, AI, and integrated solutions. The position requires a blend of business and technical acumen, with a focus on delivering exceptional products and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development and product portfolio leads to gain intimate knowledge of Optra product capabilities and objectives.
• Define future features and requirements for Optra, managing communication with stakeholders to gather input and gain consensus.
• Lead and participate in SAFe planning ceremonies, coaching team members to increase efficiency and focus.
• Manage the feature backlog, ensuring the team has clearly defined and prioritized features for releases.
• Engage with development team members to define sprint objectives and stories, including acceptance criteria that aligns with the product vision.
• Create technical artifacts that communicate the technical functionality of features in the release.
• Develop release plans and release notes that clearly communicate what was planned for delivery and what was ultimately delivered.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years experience working in product development or enterprise delivery teams; solution architecture experience is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years experience working with Cloud platforms, specifically MS Azure and AWS; Azure and AWS certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in working within blended on-shore/off-shore teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud-based IoT solutions and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the SAFe Agile Framework.
• Experience leading technical teams in product delivery.
