About the position

The Technical Product Owner for Lexmark's Optra Solutions team will manage and communicate a clear product technology roadmap based on the product strategy. This role involves collaborating with technology teams to develop actionable features and requirements, ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native solutions that leverage a Lakehouse-based data foundation for analytics, AI, and integrated solutions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to articulate product value and lead development teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development and product portfolio leads to gain intimate knowledge of Optra product capabilities and objectives.
• Define future features and requirements for Optra, managing communication with stakeholders to gather input and gain consensus.
• Provide leadership in SAFe planning ceremonies, leading a matrixed team and coaching members to increase efficiency.
• Manage the feature backlog, ensuring clearly defined and prioritized features for releases.
• Engage with development team members to define sprint objectives and stories, including acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development team members to create technical artifacts that communicate feature functionality.
• Create release plans and release notes to communicate planned and delivered features.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years experience working in product development or enterprise delivery teams; solution architecture is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years experience working with Cloud platforms, specifically MS Azure and AWS; Azure and AWS certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in working within blended on-shore/off-shore teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and acumen, as evidenced by prior roles and experiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the SAFe Agile Framework.
• Experience leading technical teams in product delivery.
