About the position

The Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master at Concentrix is responsible for leading the development of innovative and user-centered solutions within the Concentrix Catalyst team. This role combines project management, product design, and agile methodologies to enhance customer experience and drive business success. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to gather project requirements, provide direction to software engineers, and continuously improve product features and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize information into clear recommendations for innovative solutions.
  • Gather specific project requirements and implement them using agile methodologies.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and help raise the team's performance standards.
  • Provide clear direction to software engineers and address their questions promptly.
  • Lead and assist with development, testing, migrations, and application onboarding.
  • Support industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and their impact on tools and training.
  • Work cross-functionally with business teams to resolve pain points and reduce manual work.
  • Continuously improve product features and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Technical Product Owner experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in a SAFe environment; SAFe POPM certification is mandatory.
  • Creation of technical user stories (API, UI, and Commerce) is critical.
  • Proficient in Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio for creating functional flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code or PlantUML for sequence diagrams.
  • Proficiency in SwaggerHub for documenting/designing API requirements.
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing.
  • Proficiency in Splunk and AppDynamics or similar tools for issue triaging.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of APIGEE, CI/CD Pipeline, and Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Knowledge of Cloud security services and API security best practices.
