About the position

The Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C at J&J Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is responsible for managing Invoice to Cash (I2C) applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable. This role involves leading the I2C squad, overseeing the delivery of projects and enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. The position focuses on developing technology strategies for Accounts Receivable processes, driving global initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery for the I2C squad, managing project vision and priorities.
  • Develop technology strategy for Invoice to Cash / Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Oversee multiple initiatives, driving global strategy development and execution.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for technology improvements.
  • Conduct business requirements analysis and ensure alignment with business drivers.
  • Track progress of I2C system development and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Lead projects of medium to large complexity and act as a liaison between technology organizations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with J&J standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
  • 8 years of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules, focusing on FSCM / Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management
  • Experience with full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience managing matrix-based project teams
  • Experience with I2C SaaS Applications
  • Hands-on project management skills
  • Experience with software validation in regulated environments
  • Proficiency in explaining technologies effectively to customers
  • Experience in agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills with senior business leaders
