About the position

The Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C at J&J Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is responsible for managing Invoice to Cash (I2C) applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable. This role involves leading the I2C squad, overseeing technology strategy development, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to implement and deploy various programs and projects, focusing on maximizing ROI and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery for the I2C squad, managing the vision and priorities of projects and enhancements.
• Develop and execute technology strategy for Invoice to Cash / Accounts Receivable processes.
• Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features based on business value.
• Negotiate with business partners to manage project backlogs and capacity.
• Track progress of I2C system development and prepare regular updates for leadership teams.
• Lead medium to large complexity projects and act as a liaison between technology organizations.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software and services, ensuring compliance with J&J standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
• 8 years of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules, focusing on FSCM / Accounts Receivable
• Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management including Credit, Collections, and Disputes Management
• Experience with 1 full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance
• 3 years of people management experience
• Experience managing complex global projects and processes
• Hands-on project management skills with experience in software validation in regulated environments
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with I2C SaaS Applications (High Radius, Serrala, Celonis, D&B)
• Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology
• Strong background in virtualization, network, and other technologies
