About the position

The Technical Product Owner Sr Manager for Invoice to Cash (I2C) Applications at JNJ Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is responsible for leading the delivery of I2C projects and enhancements, particularly focusing on SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable. This role involves developing technology strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering innovative solutions to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Set a clear vision for the product and manage multi-generation product strategy.
  • Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features based on business value.
  • Define and execute global strategies and solutions in partnership with the business.
  • Negotiate with the business to prioritize development work and manage backlogs.
  • Accountable for the correct execution of development work.
  • Participate in business planning activities to identify future demands and ensure funding.
  • Drive business process improvement initiatives and champion change management efforts.
  • Partner with the business to define drivers and requirements for projects.
  • Track progress of all I2C system development within the project portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver updates to Business and Technology Leadership teams.
  • Lead projects of medium to large complexity and act as a liaison between Technology organizations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members and encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software and services, ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree.
  • 8 years of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules, focusing on FSCM / Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management including Credit, Collections, and Disputes Management.
  • Experience with at least one full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing matrix-based project teams and complex global projects.
  • Experience with I2C SaaS Applications such as High Radius, Serrala, Celonis, and D&B.
  • Integration expertise for the Order-2-Cash business process.
  • Business case/value case management experience.
  • Hands-on project management skills and experience with software validation in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage work through the full system lifecycle from concept to production deployment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
