About the position

The Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C at J&J Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is responsible for managing Invoice to Cash (I2C) applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable. This role involves leading the I2C squad, overseeing technology strategy development, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to implement and deploy programs and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for the product and manage multi-generation product strategy.
• Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing product features based on business value.
• Define and execute global strategies and solutions in partnership with the business.
• Understand business needs and negotiate priorities for development work.
• Track progress of I2C system development and prepare regular updates for leadership teams.
• Lead projects of medium to large complexity and act as a liaison between technology organizations.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software and services, ensuring compliance with J&J standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
• 8 years of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules, focusing on FSCM / Accounts Receivable
• Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management - Credit, Collections, Disputes Management
• Experience with 1 full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance
• 3 years of people management experience
• Experience in managing complex global projects and processes
• Hands-on project management skills and experience with software validation in regulated environments
• Proficiency in agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with I2C SaaS Applications (High Radius, Serrala, Celonis, D&B)
• Hands-on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process Mapping)
• Experience in supporting global operations and following Enterprise level process frameworks such as ITIL.
