About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Deliver at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading the design and implementation of product flow automation solutions within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on optimizing and standardizing transactional processes across the organization to enhance efficiency and agility in the pharmaceutical supply chain. The TPO will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the SAP S/4 capabilities align with business needs and drive innovation in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data aligned with business process needs.
• Drive the design of an end-state product flow automation solution across key functions including Order Management, Order Intake, Contract & Pricing, Warehouse Logistics, and Master Data.
• Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
• Collaborate with the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team to implement Innovative Medicine Product flows based on industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and GxP regulations in all processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP-ERP DELIVER technical capabilities, including Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
