About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Deliver at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading the design and implementation of product flows within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on automating product flow solutions across various functions, including order management, contract and pricing, warehouse logistics, and tax integration. The TPO will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the SAP S/4 capabilities align with business process needs, driving innovation and efficiency in the supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of product flow automation solutions across order management, contract and pricing, warehouse logistics, and tax integration.
• Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP capabilities with business process needs.
• Drive design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data.
• Manage product backlog and release plans, tracking team metrics and removing blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant Pharma experience.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP-ERP DELIVER technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
