About the position

The TPO Value Chain Management (Intercompany Product Flows) Deliver, IT Manager at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for driving the design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows within the Pharm TranSCend program. This role focuses on modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a standardized ERP platform to enhance efficiency and support the Pharm business. The position requires expertise in Deliver Order to Cash management and Intercompany sales, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4 capabilities and data alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end state Product flow automation solutions across Order Management, Order Intake, Contract & Pricing, Warehouse Logistics, and Tax.
• Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
• Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities aligned with business process needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
• Strong End-to-End understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP DELIVER technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
