About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Deliver at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading the design and implementation of product flows within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on automating product flow solutions across various functions, including order management, contract and pricing, and warehouse logistics, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The TPO will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the supply chain processes, leveraging SAP S/4 capabilities to support the Pharm business effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data aligned with business process needs.
• Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on knowledge in Deliver Order to Cash management and Intercompany sales.
• Oversee end state Product flow automation solution design across Order Management, Order Intake, Contract & Pricing, Warehouse Logistics, Tax, and Master Data.
• Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
• Strong End-to-End understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP DELIVER technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

• Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers.
