About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Logistics at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for driving the design and implementation of product flows within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a standardized ERP platform to enhance efficiency and support the Pharm business. The TPO will engage with business partners to define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the delivery of technical solutions that meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management capabilities.
• Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities aligned with business process needs.
• Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation through deployments.
• Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
• Act as the 'voice of the customer' within the squad to ensure the right product is built.
• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
• Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Shape the squad vision & roadmap and drive engagement with third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; at least 5 years of SAP experience; and 5 years in the Pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
• Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Management.
• Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
