About the position

The TPO VCM Logistics, IT Manager role at Johnson & Johnson is focused on supporting the Pharm TranSCend program, which aims to modernize and harmonize the company's foundational transactional processes into a single ERP system. This position is integral to the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team, responsible for designing and implementing product flows, leveraging SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management capabilities, and ensuring alignment with business process needs. The role involves engaging with business partners, leading solution design, and overseeing product delivery to enhance operational efficiency and agility within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management capabilities.
  • Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
  • Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
  • Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog based on customer needs.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' within the squad to ensure the right solutions are built.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and improve user experience.
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
  • Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure compliance and functionality of solutions.
  • Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
  • Strong End-to-End understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.

Nice-to-haves

  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA.
  • Experience working in a global/regional setting.
  • Experience in a large-scale business transformation program.
