About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Logistics at Johnson & Johnson will play a crucial role in the Pharm Transcend program, which aims to modernize and streamline the company's ERP systems. This position involves leading the design and implementation of logistics and warehouse management solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical capabilities. The TPO will engage with business partners to define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and oversee product delivery while driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management capabilities.
  • Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities aligned with business process needs.
  • Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation through deployments.
  • Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' within the squad to ensure the right product is built.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and improve user experience.
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
  • Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Shape the squad vision & roadmap and drive engagement with third parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
  • Strong End-to-End understanding of Deliver Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management.
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
