About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Logistics at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for driving the design and implementation of product flows within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a single ERP system to enhance efficiency and support the Pharm business. The TPO will engage with business partners to define user stories, lead solution design, and oversee product delivery while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management capabilities.
• Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities aligned with business process needs.
• Engage with business partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the squad builds the right solutions.
• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
• Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Shape the squad vision and roadmap, driving engagement with third parties to support delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in SAP and Pharma.
• Strong understanding of financial and logistical flows in multinational operations.
• Expertise in SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities, including Sales & Distribution and Warehouse Management.
• Experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry with knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle Management.
