About the position

The TPO Value Chain Management (Intercompany Product Flows) Source, IT Manager at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for driving the design and implementation of innovative medicine product flows within the Pharm Transcend Program. This role focuses on modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a standardized ERP platform to enhance efficiency and support the Pharm business. The manager will lead the design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities, ensuring alignment with business process needs and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Procurement capabilities.
  • Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data.
  • Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
  • Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' within the squad to ensure the right solutions are built.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and improve user experience.
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
  • Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Shape the squad vision & roadmap and drive engagement with third parties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
  • Strong End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities: Materials Management, Procurement, MRP, Production Planning, Subcontract management.
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
