About the position

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Value Chain Management (VCM) Source at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading the design and implementation of product flows within the Pharm Transcend program. This role focuses on modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a single ERP system to enhance efficiency and support the Pharm business. The TPO will engage with business partners to define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet organizational needs while driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on SAP Procurement capabilities.
• Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities aligned with business process needs.
• Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the squad to ensure the squad builds the right product.
• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
• Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Shape the squad vision & roadmap and steer the squad in delivering impactful products.
• Drive engagement with third parties to support squad objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
• Strong End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities: Materials Management, Procurement, Material Requirement Planning, Production Planning, Subcontract management.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
