The position of Scrum Master/TPO is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing the scope and timeline of various projects. The Scrum Master will coordinate sprints, facilitate retrospective meetings, and conduct daily stand-ups to ensure that the team is aligned and progressing effectively. This role requires a strong focus on coaching team members in Agile frameworks, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and facilitating internal communication to enhance collaboration among team members. As the primary point of contact for external communications, the Scrum Master will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and address any concerns. Working closely with product owners, the Scrum Master will handle backlogs and new requests, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. The role also involves resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, thereby helping teams implement changes effectively. The Scrum Master will guide development teams towards higher levels of scrum maturity, creating a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and find joy in their work. This position is also responsible for driving innovation and overseeing the end-to-end launch of products. Collaboration with Digital Business partners and vendors is essential to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the Scrum Master will work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement, to turn data insights into actionable products for the ultimate customer. The role requires working in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks. The Scrum Master will partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. This includes developing, owning, and executing the product roadmap, translating roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. The Scrum Master will prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders while leading the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology. Finally, the Scrum Master will define and execute the go-to-market plan, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have the necessary resources to succeed. Post-launch, the Scrum Master will develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment.
