About the position

The Technical Product Owner will play a crucial role in streamlining the development processes of our loan management system. This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of what is needed to succeed. In this role, the Technical Product Owner will be responsible for writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, which are essential for clear communication of requirements to the development team. The candidate will develop and maintain a well-defined and comprehensive product backlog, prioritizing backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Collaboration is key, as the Technical Product Owner will work with designers, developers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. As the primary point of contact for the development team, the Technical Product Owner will answer questions and provide clarity on backlog items. Leading sprint planning sessions will be a critical part of the role, ensuring that the team understands the scope and objectives of each sprint. The candidate will also identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery, monitor and report on product performance and customer satisfaction, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
