About the position

The Technical Product Owner will lead the scrum development of digital solutions that align with the company's goals. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of value-driven increments through Agile practices. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, as well as tracking success metrics and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to ensure smooth delivery of value-driven increments.
• Negotiate stakeholder priorities and manage expectations while engaging with developers and internal customers.
• Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Facilitate, host, and run applicable Scrum events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Manager, preferably in technology or manufacturing.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Competency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
• Proficiency with digital product development and solution delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce knowledge or certification.
• 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• PMP or similar certification or experience.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of environmental manufacturing products and processes.
