About the position

The Technical Product/Program Manager for HP's Industrial Print SW & Solutions (IPSS) will play a pivotal role in driving the direction of the IPSS platform, which is essential for HP's Industrial Print customers and its Large Format and 3D businesses. This position involves managing technical requirements and program management for the IPSS platform, collaborating with internal partners, marketing, and R&D teams to enhance the platform's capabilities and deliver intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute complex technical projects or programs to evolve software products.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Mitigate program risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Drive and track software releases, features, bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to support project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business and technical requirements.
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications in Program Management Professional.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Kanban Principles
  • Knowledge of Scrum in Software Development.
