About the position

The Technical Product/Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of software releases and deployments within the organization. This fully remote position requires a technical individual who can drive initiatives, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely deliverables while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and engineers. The goal is to reduce the deployment cycle from four weeks to every one to two weeks, necessitating a proactive and confident approach to project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with software releases and testing.
• Organize and speed up deployment processes.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders on deliverables.
• Drive value and ensure timely project completion.
• Build relationships with engineers and other team members.
• Escalate issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a technical product or project manager.
• Experience in a software application development environment.
• Extensive knowledge of software releases and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with scrum teams and managing tight deliverables.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
