About the position

As a Product Manager at Crowe, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's Large Language Models platform. This position involves establishing product requirements for Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with Crowe's strategic goals, and delivering exceptional value through innovative AI-driven products. You will collaborate with technical teams, facilitate communication between business units, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to align client, product, and jobs-to-be-done needs with product development and technical capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure cohesive product strategies.
• Work with change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
• Lead the creation and refinement of user personas, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Establish a framework for regularly assessing and enhancing product features, ensuring offerings stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate product visions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Actively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and build support for AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on delivery.
