About the position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to develop program launch plans, manage programs of work across cross-functional teams, and develop comprehensive project documentation. The ideal candidate will be agile, self-motivated, and skilled in building sustainable processes, managing release schedules, and maintaining productive external partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners and stakeholders to articulate program launch plans.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, processes, and release schedules.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, and status reports.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for external partner engagement and project escalation point.

Requirements

• Strong experience in project/program management.
• Proficiency in software development or QA processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with embedded software and device-based feature launches strongly preferred.
• A solid background in managing technical programs, especially those involving software engineering teams.
