About the position

The Technical Program Manager (AI/ML) at Analog Devices, Inc. is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of AI/ML projects within the CTO Operations and Program Management team. This role involves managing a portfolio of complex technology development projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing efficient operations and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of projects/programs for the AI team and support other CTO office projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop project plans including scope, work-breakdown/milestones, and timelines, managing them within budget and schedule.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks, managing change requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to stakeholders, including ADI leadership.
  • Develop and refine program management practices to enhance project planning, execution, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing technology projects or technical programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and vendors across diverse geographical locations.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Atlassian Suite - JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational silos and influence peers across disciplines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in AI/ML project management.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
