The AR SW Experiences Technical Program Manager will be an integral part of one of the most exciting product lines in the industry, focusing on the success of Augmented Reality (AR) products. This role involves leading the software development of new software experiences, product features, and software platform capabilities for future generations of AR devices. As a Software Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex cross-functional programs within a large matrix organization that includes product management, user experience, software engineering, hardware, firmware, quality assurance, and data science. You will oversee the entire development process from the early stages through to the launch of products to customers. In this highly cross-functional role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical, program management, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing new and complex technologies to life, acting as a natural motivator and relationship builder across various teams. You will be expected to drive the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
